Movement
With a slow shutter speed, I took the third photo, with the subject running. The shutter speed that I used was approximately 1/15 of a second. I used a tripod because the background needed to be focused on to show the subject moving. The part of the image that shows motion is the subject running across the photo. I used cropping to focus in even more on the subject. With a fast shutter speed, I took the first photo, with the subject jumping. The shutter speed that I used to purposely freeze action was 1/200 of a second. The subject was jumping repeatedly. My distance was about 10 feet away. I had a straight on point of view. I cropped the photo to focus on the subject. The fourth photo shows four subjects. One subject stood still while three other subjects ran around her. The shutter speed that I used was approximately 1/15 of a second. I used a tripod to focus on the main subject to have the effect of motion in the background. The three other subjects show motion by running around the main subject. I used cropping to put the subjects in the middle of the photo. I feel that the mood of this photo is happy because of the main subject jumping and the three others running around this. The very last photo shows drawing with light. I used a 30 second shutter speed. I used the flashlight on the iPhone 4s to paint with. I achieved this photo by placing the camera on the tripod and with the 30 second shutter speed, went in front of it and waved it around. I feel that with the sharp straight lines the viewer will feel tense from the photo.
Depth of Field
I took these photos at Somerset Berkley Regional High School and other locations in Somerset, Massachusetts. My best photo is the two baseballs with one in front of the other. I shot the photo straight-on. I chose this point of view to capture a shallow depth of field. I cropped in on them. I also tried to make half of the image dark and the other half lighter. I feel this photograph most successfully shows shallow depth of field. The photograph I believe to be the most successful in showing the most depth of field is the pillars in the tunnel-like structure.
Shadows and Reflections
My best photo is the second one in the top row. I took the photo with several mirrors next to each other. I shot this photo in my house. I shot most of these photos straight on. I chose this point of view to fill the screen. I used cropping to help with this. I tried not to let a lot of light in in order to keep the photo repetitive with its reflections. The mood of my photo is boring, but in an interesting way. I believe my weakest image is the last in the bottom row because it was shot with the camera tilted.

Point of View
My best photo is the fifth one. It is a close-up of the camera. I shot this photo in the art studio at Somerset Berkley Regional High School.I thought to photograph this camera because it had an interesting design. I cropped in on this to enhance the details on the camera. I believe I used the levels and the exposure correctly. I believe my weakest image is the first one. The exposure needs to be fixed on it.
